A perfect tour for an introductory look at the Moon through telescopes to inspire your future astronaut. An interactive segment demonstrates different features of the Moon, from the formation of the craters to the phases of the Moon.
This tour has been designed for families, with younger children in mind, who want to learn all about the Moon and various other gems that the southern sky has to offer from our sheltered Cowan's Observatory. This tour only goes ahead on clear nights, two weeks of the lunar months approaching the full Moon.
